AvestaPolarit Hot Rolled Plate implements Prodacapo ABC/M to continuously improve profitability
AvestaPolarit's business area Hot Rolled Plate, the world's leading producer of stainless steel quarto plates, implements Prodacapo's solution for on-going Activity Based Costing / Management (ABC/M).
AvestaPolarit Hot Rolled Plate (HRP) plans to increase their profitability significantly using Prodacapo ABC/M. The solution will enable them to more accurately measure the profitability of each order, making it possible for sales management and sales staff to take better decisions for improved profitability, both short term and long term.
ABC/M is a proven method for translating traditional financial information into a more accurate and detailed information on profitability and costs for individual orders, customers, products, services and channels. It is especially valuable for AvestaPolarit HRP that has only customized production and no standard products.
The Prodacapo software solution will complement AvestaPolarit HRP's traditional financial information and be the tool to drive profitability. The ABC/M information will be updated and analysed quarterly.
