Creation of Bellis-Jones Hill & Prodacapo UK Helpdesk
As part of our ongoing commitment to review and improve the service we provide to our clients, we are delighted to announce that as from 1st of April 2011 we provide a full first-line support helpdesk for our UK clients locally from London.
The UK helpdesk is provided in place of the first-line support service the UK clients previously received from Prodacapo AB in Sweden. The UK helpdesk is managed by the experienced Consulting Service Group at Bellis-Jones Hill, London.
From the 1st of April all support calls covering the Prodacapo software issues, software implementation and upgrades and any enhancements that the Prodacapo clients in UK may previously have made to Prodacapo AB Helpdesk should be directed to the Bellis-Jones Hill Helpdesk. Bellis-Jones & Hill will provide at least the same levels of service as provided by Prodacapo AB's excellent Helpdesk.
