Fredrik Wastenson, CEO, resigns from Prodacapo
Fredrik Wastenson has informed the Board that he will resign from Prodacapo in the spring. Fredrik Wastenson has been with Prodacapo since 2004, when he was recruited as CEO of the company.
"After an exciting time at Prodacapo during which I have had the opportunity to reposition the companies offering and expand the business into new markets, I have now decided to resign."
“It is never a good time to leave an assignment like this but Prodacapo are now well positioned to continue a successful development where I think the company is better served by other competences than mine.
I have taken this decision with mixed feelings but believe it to the best one for both parties" says Fredrik Wastenson.
"We regret Fredrik's decision. He has successfully led the organisation into a new direction where we will continue to deliver best-of-class solutions for Performance Management.
The Board have appointed Rickard Moestam, Vice President Sales, as Acting CEO" says Jan Sundberg, Chairman of the Board.
