One of the leading mental health care institutions in the Netherlands, GGZ Delfland, selects Prodacapo software solutions
GGZ Delfland is implementing Prodacapo's software solutions for Activity Based Costing/Management and Business Planning to get insight into the true costs of its resources, services and products.
GGZ Delfland is one of the leading mental health care institutions in the Netherland, with about 1000 employees, providing high-quality patient care to psychiatric patients and people with serious psychological problems.
Ron Brabander, controller of GGZ Delfland, comments, “ The Prodacapo ABC/M solution will help us to calculate very quickly, though detailed, the cost prices of our medical staff per hour, day rates for clinical treatment, and hourly rates for daily occupational activities. 4 weeks after having acquired the software we have been able to produce and deliver the cost prices for all our units and circuits. That is extremely fast.”
Anneke Verbree, head of administration, adds “In addition, by using the Prodacapo solutions we are now able to produce not only information required by external bodies but, more importantly, also to fulfill our internal needs for better cost price information. The latter one is more detailed. We are now able to compare the same type of medical staff among the different units.”
