Great Ormond Street Leads the Way in NHS Performance Management with Prodacapo Balanced Scorecard solution
Bellis-Jones Hill Group, the UK distributor of Prodacapo today announced that Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Trust, a world-leading provider of paediatric services, has selected the Prodacapo solution for Balanced Scorecard to help in the continuing development of its performance assessment framework. The Trust will work alongside Bellis-Jones Hill Group to use the Scorecard solution to drive forward their organisational performance. The Prodacapo Balanced Scorecard solution will provide the Great Ormond Street Trust with a single platform to support all their performance programmes, including implementation of the latest Government initiatives. Introducing the new technology will allow the Trust to manage and report on the different aspects of its performance in a much more effective manner. “We have had a Performance Assessment Framework for some time now,” said Sven Bunn, Assistant Director of Planning and Performance Management. “But our organisation has an extremely diverse set of needs when it comes to managing performance. From issues such as staff retention and development through to research services and provision of information to our patients, which can make things quite complex so we decided that the framework would function more effectively in a dedicated performance management software tool. Using this technology will help us to improve quality of delivery to both patients and our own staff”. The Prodacapo solution for Balanced Scorecard will provide the Great Ormond Street Trust with unparalled capabilities in understanding current performance, improved decision making, and ultimately, better management of the Trust's overall performance.
