Goteborg Energi selects Prodacapo's software solution for Balanced Scorecard
Goteborg Energi, one of the leading energy companies in Sweden, has signed a deal with Prodacapo to purchase software for Balanced Scorecard, and services to implement the system. The system will be used to communicate and implement strategy.
"We have worked with business plans since the beginning of 1990. Now we are taking that work one step further. With Prodacapo's software for Balanced Scorecard we will be able to incorporate strategy into day-to day decisions. The system will improve the communication of vision and strategy and give us early signals if we are on the right track or not, allowing us to proactively take action where needed", says Maud Backman, Controller and responsible for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard within Goteborg Energi Group.
Goteborg Energi will start to implement Prodacapo Balanced Scorecard in the parent company and thereafter in the subsidiaries. All employees, approximately 1000, will have access to the software via the Goteborg Energi intranet.

Prodacapo Balanced Scorecard supports all elements of a Balanced Scorecard, such as vision, strategy, critical success factors and measures. Prodacapo Balanced Scorecard is certified by Balanced Scorecard Collaborative. The solution is easily integrated with existing systems to allow automatic update of more or less all data in the Scorecard and it is web based, providing the means to promote communication of strategy and progress to all employees in a large company.
