Prodacapo signs large government framework agreement for Balanced Scorecard software
The Swedish National Financial Management Authority (ESV) carried out a procurement process for an integrated performance management system that resulted in a framework agreement from which about 250 government authorities can make suborders. Prodacapo announced today that ESV chose to sign a framework agreement with Prodacapo as sole supplier of a Balanced Scorecard system. The agreement covers Prodacapo's system and associated installation, training, and support services. The two-year framework agreement includes the option to extend the agreement for an additional two years.
The Swedish National Financial Management Authority (ESV) is the government agency for financial management in Sweden. One of their main tasks is to participate in developing and improving the methods for performance and financial management for both the agencies and central government.
“This framework agreement strengthens Prodacapo's position as the leading provider of Balanced Scorecard systems and confirms our ability to offer systems and services that meet the needs of government authorities,” says Lars Näslund, CEO, Prodacapo AB.
Balanced Scorecard is a proven, practical method for clarifying an operation's objectives and to manage and follow up the operations to ensure that these objectives are achieved. The method is used for performance management within both the public and private sectors.
