Swedish Maritime Administration selects the Prodacapo Balanced Scorecard software solution

  
Prodacapo today announced that the Swedish Maritime Administration has signed a deal with Prodacapo to purchase Prodacapo's Balanced Scorecard software solution and services to implement the system. This software solution will be used by the Swedish Maritime Administration to further improve performance management and development of the organisation.
 
The Swedish Maritime Administration is working with process orientation so as to improve and enhance the organisation. The Prodacapo Balanced Scorecard solution will streamline this work and make it possible for them to visualise and improve the communication of plans and process targets, as well as the actions specifically required to attain these. This will create focus within the organisation, indicating what elements are important to improve. The Swedish Maritime Administration will also be able to easily monitor whether or not it is on the right track.
 
The Swedish Maritime Administration will implement Prodacapo Balanced Scorecard gradually in all departments. This means that in the long run, all 1300 employees will have access to the software. The Swedish Maritime Administration chose Prodacapo after a rigorous selection process involving all major Balanced Scorecard software vendors.
 
The Prodacapo Balanced Scorecard solution is a very user-friendly software package developed especially for performance management. It allows organisations to structure and communicate their strategies, targets, critical success factors and action plans to all employees. This solution is web-enabled and can easily be integrated with existing IT systems to allow automatic updating of performance data from these systems. The Prodacapo solution is certified by the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, which means that the founders of the balanced scorecard methodology have approved it.
