Official launch of Prodacapo 6.0
Prodacapo today announced the general availability of Prodacapo 6.0, the latest release of Prodacapo's suite of products for Improved Performance Management.
The development and release of version 6.0 is based on the strategic objective for all Prodacapo applications to become an operational tool for many, instead of a financial instrument for a few.
“With the launch of version 6.0 we continue to meet the needs from our customers in upgrading requested functionality as well as introducing new powerful features”, says Rickard Moestam, Acting CEO at Prodacapo.
“This release was specifically designed to introduce a new and powerful web interface to the Prodacapo software as well as to add critical functions for user administration and security.
Our objective has been to introduce enhancements in an intuitive and usable way making Prodacapo the most simple and user friendly suite of applications within corporate performance management”.
A key building block of version 6.0 has been the development of a new powerful Web Solution and the move to a new technology platform based on the .Net oriented architecture.
Other key features in version 6.0 include the implementation of Audit trail functionality (to audit who did what and when), Single Sign On functionality with integration to Active Directory and a modified Calculation Server that permits calculations to be started from the Web Solution.
Prodacapo 6.0 is also introducing new charts with a more appealing design as well as improved Balanced Scorecard functionalities.

With the launch of Prodacapo 6.0 and upcoming releases of two new products in April, Prodacapo will empower managers across the organisation to make the right decisions”, says Rickard Moestam.

Prodacapo 6.0 is being distributed to all customers with valid maintenance agreements.
